How Our Pricing Works

Simple, volume-based pricing you can see before you commit

The most common question we get is a fair one: what is this going to cost? Our answer is straightforward. We price by volume, meaning the amount of room your items fill in the truck. A couple of small items costs less than a garage packed floor to ceiling, and you only pay for the fraction of the truck you actually use. There is no hourly meter running and no charge for the number of trips up your stairs.

How volume pricing works

Picture the truck bed divided into portions. When we load your items, we note how much of that space they take up, and your price lands on the matching tier. Because the cost tracks the space used rather than the clock, a fast job and a slow job of the same size cost the same. We give you the tier before we load, so you always approve the number first.

The minimum charge

Every job has a minimum, which covers the cost of sending a crew and truck to your door even for a single item. If you only have one couch or one old fridge, the minimum is what you pay. Bundling a few extra things you have been meaning to get rid of is usually the better value, since you are already paying to have us out there.

A few specialty fees

Most items are covered entirely by the volume tier. A short list of exceptions carry a small added fee because they cost more to dispose of or handle safely:

• Freon appliances such as refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioners, which require certified refrigerant handling
• Tires, which disposal sites charge extra to accept
• Televisions and monitors, which must be recycled as electronic waste
• Heavy materials like concrete, brick, dirt, roofing shingles, and tile, which are dense enough to be priced separately by weight rather than by space

If your load includes any of these, we tell you the added fee up front, right alongside the volume tier, so the full price is clear before we lift anything.

Always quoted before we start

We will never load your junk and hand you a surprise total afterward. You get the complete price, tier plus any specialty fees, before the first item goes on the truck, and it does not change unless you add more to the pile.
